2. Booking and Accounts
- Clients may book services directly on the website without creating an account (guest booking).
- Guests do not have access to a user panel for managing or viewing their appointments online.
- It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of their appointment details provided through confirmation emails.
3. Payment and Cancellations
- Payment for services must be made in person at the time of the appointment.
- Clients are encouraged to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. However, they may cancel at any time using the link provided in their confirmation email.
- Due to the local payment process, GoldenLife.Health does not manage or control payments and cannot offer refunds or rescheduling for missed or cancelled appointments.
4. Client Responsibility
- Clients are required to share all necessary health information with their therapists, such as medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications to specific treatments.
- Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in adverse effects, for which GoldenLife.Health and its employees are not liable.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- All services, including physiotherapy, massage, yoga, and beauty treatments, are provided by qualified professionals.
- GoldenLife.Health does not accept responsibility for the conduct or performance of therapists or other service providers. Each service provider is solely responsible for their interactions with clients, including the scheduling and quality of their services.
- GoldenLife.Health is not liable for any injuries, damages, or other claims that may arise from the use of its services, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on GoldenLife.Health, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of GoldenLife.Health and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without explicit written permission.
